Spring into Christmas Linky Party 2022 with BYSHC

Hi Crafters! I am so excited to be apart of the Linky Party for Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers!

This year there is a great list of sponsors with lots of fun prizes. Just link up to the blog. You can find it here. https://byshcardmakers.blogspot.com/

To start us off here is my holiday card.

For my card, I used the Pink and Main stamp set Holiday Mugs. I colored the coffee cup with alcohol markers. I used a stencil in the background from one of the Crafty Courtyard card kits from Pink and Main. I did a little light ink blending over the stencil. I added a glitter frame with the Cloudy Frame Dies and used another color of glitter paper for the Merry Christmas die cut sentiment. This card was quick and easy!

Make sure you make a Christmas card and link up to the blog to be entered to win!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers + Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps Collaboration Hop

Welcome to the Coffee Loving Cardmakers + Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps Collaboration Blog Hop! We’re so excited to be teaming up with the Coffee Loving Cardmakers design team to bring you some fabulous caffeinated inspiration…. and a PRIZE! Leave a little comment love at each stop as you hop about for a chance to win a $25 gift code to the Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps shop.

I’m so excited to be apart of the hop! Here is my card.

This is a gatefold card but with a twist. The big coffee cup is popped up and hold the side gates in place. It unfolds showing several panels.

Folded the card measures 4×5.5 inches and will fit in an A2 size envelope. To make this card you need a piece of cardstock that is 11×5.5 inches. On the 11 inch side score on the following marks 1.75, 3.5, 5.25, 5.75, 7.5, 9.25. I cut panels for each section a quarter of an inch smaller than the one before so they nest inside of each other. The large coffee cup is from the Sweet N Sassy Stamps I Like Big Cups stamp set. I fussy cut the cup out then layered the cup with stamps from the Delightfully Delicate Background stamp and the Typewriter Text Background stamp.

The sentiment on the cup is from the Fill Me Up Clear set and the Love Wordfetti set. I only used a “you are” from the Love Wordfetti set to complete my sentiment.

I think this a fun “guy coffee card”! Thank you so much for visiting me today!

New ArtsyStamper Challenge!

Hi Crafty Friends!

There is a new challenge over at the ArtsyStamper Challenge Blog. The theme is hot drinks. Here is the card I created.

I used the mug from one of the of the Christmas digi stamps. I layered it on a gel press background I made. The mug is colored with Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers. I layered ink directly from the ink pad onto a Tim Holtz embossing folder then pressed it on to the gel press. Then I laid my cardstock on top of the gel press and pulled the print. The sentiment is from another ArtsyStamper digi stamp. I added some ribbon and layered some espresso cardstock on my card front and it’s done! Super easy!
